Q- Are there other HOA sanctioned communication websites such as Facebook or Twitter?
No. There is an unofficial Facebook group but it is not affiliated with the HOA nor reflects views of the HOA.
Q- What are the trash pick-up days and when can bulk items be removed?
Currently, we are contracted through A.J. Blosenski, website here. Friday's are the scheduled trash and recycle collection days. Bulk non-recyclable items are picked up on the first service day of the month. If a holiday falls on the scheduled day, it is most likely that the collection will be pushed to Saturday but please check A.J. Blosenski's website for certain.
Q- What kind and color doors are allowed?
Door styles allowed include PremDor and Oakrest. Please click on the House Colors link to find the color of your house.
Q- What township and county does Longford Crossing currently reside?
Q- Is there curfew?
Yes. The jusidiction is under the Upper Providence Township police force. Currently the township has a curfew on unsupervised youths under 18 years of age of 10 PM and a noise ordinance for all ages of 11 PM. The details of this ordinance and other rules of the township can be found here.
Q- Are there service recommendations the community has used?
